Cecília Delgado is an urban planner, activist, and researcher in Public Policies, with a strong interdisciplinary focus on Territorial Planning, Urban Food Systems, and Local Development. 

A researcher at FCSH – Universidade Nova de Lisboa and affiliated with CICS.NOVA her work combines scientific research and public engagement, grounded in over two decades of experience. Cecília holds a PhD in Urbanism and has been involved in more than a dozen national and international initiatives, including Horizon Europe, at various levels of governance.

As co-founder and current President of the national association Alimentar Cidades Sustentáveis (Feeding Sustainable Cities), she fosters collaboration between local authorities, civil society, and academic institutions to improve sustainability and food systems integration into planning. 

A European Climate Pact Ambassador and expert evaluator for EU projects, Cecília champions the inclusion of food and agriculture in climate strategies. She is also the author of several scientific articles and books such as the Ebook“How to Integrate Food and Climate into Land-Use Planning”. Her passion lies in transforming research into policy tools through capacity-building, public participation, and evidence-based advocacy.

Fabienne Ruault is Senior Programme Manager for Public Insights and Engagement at EIT Food, where she leads initiatives that foster meaningful dialogue and collaboration between citizens and the food system. She manages FoodEducators, EIT Food’s flagship programme for food literacy, which empowers young people, teachers, and families across Europe to engage critically and creatively with food.

Fabienne’s work focuses on understanding public perceptions, amplifying diverse voices, and co-creating inclusive, evidence-based approaches to food education. Her efforts aim to build trust and agency among consumers while supporting the transition to a fairer, healthier, and more sustainable food system. 

She is particularly committed to advancing food literacy as a vital life skill — one that encompasses not only knowledge about nutrition and food systems, but also the capacity to navigate food choices, reflect on their cultural and environmental impact, and participate in shaping a more equitable food future.

Games expert and game designer, Andrea Ligabue is the Artistic Director of Play - the Games Festival, the largest Italian event dedicated to games. 

Andrea has been consultant for the Centro Studi Erickson, and author of the book "Didattica Ludica: competenze in gioco", the first Italian book providing an innovative methodology to bring board games activities in schools. 

Coordinator of the Unimore section of the GAME Science Research Center and owner of a laboratory of Didattica Ludica in Primary Education Sciences at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. 

His approach to Didattica Ludica comes from a deep knowledge of board games and role-playing games that he has been using for over 15 years in educational activities with children, adults and teachers.

Andrea is founder of Ludo Labo, a cooperative working on bringing the innovative approach of gaming in educational, institution and business. Andrea is also a member of the Game in Lab Scientific committee and International Gamers Awards committee. Andrea owns more than 3000 board games and hundreds role-playing-games

Živa Kavka Gobbo is a chairperson in Focus Association for Sustainable Development, leading the program Global Responsibility and Justice.
